Each owner has the right to divide the common property. The aim is as a result of the division for each of the co-owners to be separated such an independent part of the thing, respectively from the totality, equal to the ideal part owned by him. The division is the most complex civil process and everyone should take seriously the choice of lawyer in these cases. Any co-owner - natural or legal person, state or municipality, at any time, regardless of how the co-ownership and the size of his share in co-ownership occurred, and despite the contrary agreement, may request a partition of the common property. Both movable and immovable property can be divided. The co-owners cannot oppose the partition.
